Refund policy

At Mocha Silk Skincare, every product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and premium craftsmanship. Because of the personal nature of skincare products, we maintain a return policy that prioritizes customer safety while ensuring fairness for both our customers and our business.

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We want you to love your Mocha Silk Skincare experience. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us. We are committed to working with you to find a fair and appropriate resolution.

Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tested products.

Returns may be considered only if:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
  • The return has been approved by Mocha Silk Skincare before being shipped back

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all customers, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Soap bars that have been unwrapped or used
  • Body butters
  • Body oils
  • Lotions
  • Lip care products
  • Facial care products
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

Please email support@mochasilkskincare.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of: the product(s), original packaging, shipping box, shipping label, and any visible damage

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, a refund, or another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If an exchange is approved, we may request that the original item be returned before shipping a replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for your financial institution to post the credit to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Mocha Silk Skincare.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins. Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after placing your order. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Natural Variations

Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Slight differences in color, scent, texture, shape, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredient lists before purchasing. If you have known allergies or skin sensitivities, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. Mocha Silk Skincare is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from ingredients that are clearly disclosed. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, Mocha Silk Skincare reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests involving suspected fraud, abuse of our policies, or repeated claims that cannot be verified.
